Auranode mark

AI engineering studio for B2B operations

We build voice, intake, finance, and monitoring systems for teams that are done babysitting the same operational mess by hand.

Three linked modules — phone with a soundwave, document with extracted fields, and a calendar with one slot highlighted

What we build

Most automation sites sell possibility. We would rather name the exact mess, wire it into the real system of record, and keep the human handoff visible when the workflow leaves scope.

That is why we take narrow pilots, write evals early, and leave the operator with a queue or dashboard they can actually run. If a workflow is too broad to land cleanly, we say no before anyone burns a quarter on demo theater.

How we work

Narrow promises. Clear handoffs. Real operators.

  1. 01

    Scope

Scope one workflow hard enough that success and failure are both visible.

  2. 02

    Build

Build against the real system boundary instead of a sandbox demo.

  3. 03

    Review

Keep human review where being wrong is expensive.

  4. 04

    Operate

Hand over the queue, scorecard, and exceptions with the pilot.

Project 01 · Voice & WhatsAppPilot-ready · Home services

Every inbound call. Qualified, booked, confirmed.

A front-desk agent that answers after-hours and overflow calls, qualifies the job, books directly into one calendar, and sends the confirmation text without asking the dispatcher to clean it up later.

  • Five-step booking loop with explicit human handoff for edge cases
  • QA coverage across normal, noisy, angry, unsupported, and conflict calls
  • Runs on your number, your calendar, and your coverage windows
  • Daily scorecard and exception queue included with the pilot

Project 02 · Procurement OpsDesign partner · Procurement ops

Supplier setup without the inbox chase.

A procurement and AP workflow that turns supplier emails, forms, and attachments into a vendor-ready draft, with the last approval step still owned by a human.

  • Supplier packet intake consolidated into one review queue
  • Tax ID, IBAN, category, and payment terms extracted before review
  • ERP-match confidence surfaced before anyone approves the vendor row
  • Human sign-off stays on the final activation step

Project 03 · Finance OpsDesign partner · Finance ops

Bank activity in, ledger-ready work out.

Finance Gateway turns raw bank-feed activity into categorized, reviewable posting work so reconciliation happens during the week instead of at month-end.

  • Bank-feed transactions normalized into a single ingestion stream
  • Categorization and posting rules prepare journal-ready entries
  • Reconciliation surfaces connect bank activity to invoice and payout references
  • P&L views update from posted entries instead of spreadsheet rollups

Project 04 · Revenue CycleComing soon · Revenue cycle

Denials in, appeal drafts out.

A provider-side RCM workflow for teams that spend too much time turning denial notices into first-level appeal drafts and routed worklists.

  • Denial reasons and missing-authorization signals extracted from payer notices
  • First-level appeal drafts built from the denial packet and supporting documents
  • Human review stays in the loop before anything is submitted
  • Scope stays narrow: denial intake, drafting, and routing

Project 05 · WatchlistComing soon · B2B monitoring

Monitoring for the signals your operators actually need to catch.

A watch layer for AI-surface presence, supplier changes, and other operating signals that matter, with alerts routed into the channel where the team already works.

  • Operator-defined watch surfaces instead of a generic alert firehose
  • Alerts routed to the channel your team already uses
  • Audit trail and replay pattern carried over from our other ops systems
  • Design-partner pilots open after the first production lanes harden

Experimental build

Internal systems, kept separate from client promises.

Auranode also runs a small internal trading-system R&D lane. It belongs in an experimental card, not the main customer rail: useful as evidence of engineering range, easy to remove, and explicit that the visual is process-oriented rather than a performance claim.

Illustrative signal trace. Not a live P&L claim.

Bring us the workflow that keeps leaking time.

We use a short scoping call to decide whether there is a real pilot worth running. If the workflow is too broad, too early, or better served by another tool, we will say that directly.
